Chinen Salt

Chinen Salt

Thank you for taking the time to read this brief post on Chinen Salt and Diabetes.
Please note that I am not a physician and that this is not medical advice. This information is for entertainment purposes only.

Chinen Salt for diabetics

Diabetes is a prevalent problem in today’s society. There are several therapies available; however, this topic focuses on how Chinen salt can aid in the treatment of diabetes. Chinese goldthread is used to make Chinen salt, which is mostly made up of berberine chloride (Coptis chinensis).

It’s used in traditional Chinese medicine to treat type 2 diabetes symptoms. Despite the fact that it’s called “salt,” it’s more of a substitute than table salt.
It’s also not to be confused with the famous and delicious Himalayan pink salt!

What is Chinen salt?

It includes three main ingredients that are helpful to your health:

1) Magnesium- This mineral aids the body’s natural processes. It aids in the digestion and processing of food, as well as the control of blood sugar levels.
2) Manganese= Manganese aids in the maintenance of healthy blood glucose levels.
3) Chromium- This mineral aids in the conversion of carbohydrates to glucose. It aids in the regulation of blood insulin levels.

Chinen Salt Benefits

Here are the top five advantages of consumption:

1) Get Rid of the Zits:
Chinen salt will aid in the removal of toxins from the body, including the skin! It may aid in the rejuvenation of skin cells, thereby reducing acne.
2) Give your gut something to eat
It aids in the digestion of food by making it easier to swallow. It can aid in the production of more digestive juices.
3) There will be no more cramps
Chinen salt will help you increase the body’s mineral and fluid levels, making it more immune to cramping’s effects.

4) Assists with blood sugar regulation.
This is, without a doubt, a tough one. The basic minerals in chinen salt help to keep your blood pressure in check. We spoke about the three primary components that help it do this.

5) Maintain a good pH balance
In addition, chinen salt will assist you in maintaining a healthy Ph level in your body. It will also assist in the elimination of hazardous metals such as mercury and arsenic!

Where to buy

There are several ways to locate it in the United States. It can be sold under names like Chinese coptis, Coptis chinensis, or Chinese goldthread that aren’t the same as Chinen Salt. It’s commonly found in the form of powders, tablets, or extracts.

The Medical Prognosis
Chinese salt appears to be a promising approach for treating type 2 diabetes.

There has been some work on the supplement with diabetes that has shown promising results, but more extensive testing is needed.

The majority of people had positive outcomes. For your own personal conditions, please contact your doctor.

Cheesy Gordita Crunch Review

The gordita is an interesting beast.
Its not really a taco, its not a pocket, its a whole mess of goodness.
There is a lot of cheese, beef, and the textures are, um interesting.
The sauce is a nice creamy spicy concoction that completes the heartiness of the other ingredients.

When you start to open the package, its a lot to take in. You get a main visual of lettuce, cheese, sauce and meat, an oohy gooey mess of gordita!

Its a little hard to handle when eating, as the wet inside ingredients slosh around and become hard to manage.
This can easily become a messy, squirty mess even for the professional gordita geek.

A good remedy is to eat both sides and plan your attack. But what do they say “you wanna make an omelette, you got to break some eggs?” Everything has a price, and this might mean acquiring more napkins at the onset of your dining experience.

To sauce or not to sauce? That is the question!

I’m a huge sauce guy, and I love the taco bell sauces. Since I can be brave at times when it comes to dining experiences, I went for the sauce. A little hot or mild taco bell sauce on the cheesy gordita crunch made my taste buds smile!

The VERDICT?

Overall its hard to go wrong with the Gordita at its price point. It has a nice contrast of cheesy, crunchy, saucy, meaty and lettucey (is that a word?)
The cheese is abundant, and so is the flavor. Id recommend everyone try it out at your nearest taco bell at least once.

A subway Footlong Tuna sub is pegged at 960 calories. The calories are based on carbs 47% and fat is 47% of it.
As you probably know, the calories of a delicious subway tuna sandwich can vary greatly with the sauces and dressings available. Subway does have a lot of great sauces, but its best to stick with salt and pepper if you are watching your calories.

Subway Tuna

Subway tuna is a popular choice at subway. The footlong is the most popular, but it is also offered as a six inch.  The famous subway host  (that later turned out to be a scandal) who lost all the weight previously ate 6 inch subs with a side of vegetables two or three times a day.
So there is proof that you can be healthy and eat subway sandwiches.

Subways used to claim to be the restaurant with the most worldwide locations. This isn’t the case anymore I believe, but they still are quite popular.

Subway Classic Tuna Footlong Sub: An Honest Review

I used to love Subway foot longs. To be honest, I never tried the tuna sub until now. I was a big fan of the meatball sub. I loved the meatball taste and it tasted amazing with the southwest sauce and toasted cheese and bun.

The pros

To be fair, Subway is an ethical company that uses Skipjack tuna, a sustainable approved ingredient choice. This is great.  The tuna sub is tasty, and is robust enough to match with the vegetable choices or green pepper, onions, pickles, etc.   The tuna was fresh tasting and it was a decent sandwich. I liked the contrast between the tuna fish texture and taste with the bread and cheese.

The cons

Subway has a lot of choice combinations in the meat department.  Don’t get me wrong, I did enjoy the tuna footlong, especially with toppings like jalapeno peppers.

Also, the tuna sub isn’t the best choice if you want to cut back on the calories.  There are better options to cut the calories, like the veggie sub. The veggie sub has half the calories, at about 230 calories.

Although tuna can be a healthy option, the main concern is the mayonnaise that’s mixed with it. Although tasty, it boosts the subs calories and fat content into dangerous territory. Also the cheese doesn’t help things.

The conclusion

To me, a tuna sandwich  is a simple lunch staple meal. It’s easy to open a can, toss in some dressing like mayo, hp sauce or bbq sauce and you are good to go. To me, I would choose another meat choice that is better, like meatball, or the cold cut combo.

I don’t regret my sub purchase, but I don’t think I would get another tuna sub anytime soon. Make mine a meatball any day!  Cheers!

4) How much protein in a mcchicken

One mcchicken sandwich contains 14 grams of protein.

5) what is on a mcchicken

The regular Mcchicken is pretty simple.
The main ingredients are a deep-Fried, breaded mcchicken cutlet, a bun, shredded lettuce and the mcchicken sauce.
Yup, the chicken itself is really given a chance to stand out without a lot of fancy trimmings!

You know what goes great with a Mchicken? Mcdonalds Cookies! Find out about them here:
https://yourtopshelflife.com/mcdonalds-cookies/

6) what is mcchicken sauce

Oh yes, what is the “secret sauce” that is found on the Mcchicken? What is the “Mchicken sauce”?
After trying one for this review, I can safely say that it’s basically mayonnaise. Problem solved.  Check out the nutritional information for more details.

7) What is a Mcchicken made of

There is a great debate about the actual meat content of some of the chicken products that Mcdonalds uses.  This has more to do with the questionable content of the chicken Mcnuggets.
Some claimed that they were ground up chicken parts that even could be light on the chicken. Some said that beaks, feet and a “pink slime” were included in the nuggets. These reports were proven to be untrue, as the basic chicken mcnugget was really just ground chicken parts.

The Mchicken patty itself is described as a 50 percent blend each of white and dark meat breaded chicken pattie.  YUM

7) What is the difference between a McChicken and a Junior Chicken

This is interesting. In most places in the USA, they don’t have an item called “junior chicken”.

Heres what I think..
I believe that this is a Canadian and British thing. As the Mcchicken is on special in some American locations for $1, it wasn’t necessary to make a budget version. These other countries developed a value sandwich to account for this discrepancy.
The consensus is that the junior chicken meat may be of a lower quality than the Mchicken.  So if you are in these countries that feature the Junior chicken and need a break on your budget, try the junior chicken.  Also, they call the Junior Chicken a “mayo chicken” in the UK.

8) why is #mcchicken, mcchicken trending right now

Good question.  I’m not sure. Probably because they are so delicious! Also they have released a lot of different flavours in certain locales like Spicy chicken etc. Bon Appetit!

9) Mchicken review

My favourite part!!
A McChicken is a real treat to eat.  I love the yummy mayonnaise, the heaps of lettuce and the juicy, salty chicken.  I like how the creamy mayonnaise complements the dark and white parts of the sandwich pattie.  Of course, at near 400 calories, you wouldn’t want to eat these three times a day, but they do provide a decent alternative to the beef burgers that fast food offers.
I was satisfied after eating the mcchicken sandwich.  Ive had many of these in my life and I still don’t mind these once or twice a month.  When they go on special for $1 (or junior chicken in other countries) it’s hard to beat the taste and value.  Bon appetite! Rating:

Shamrock shake history

Hal Rosen was a Connecticut McDonald’s owner and operator who first concocted the shake in 1967.
It debuted in certain McDonald’s locations in 1970. It went nationwide in 2012.
McDonald’s tried to create a Shamrock sundae in 1980, but that flopped.
Several new Shamrock renditions happened in 2017 like the Shamrock mocha and hot chocolate.

Oreo shamrock Shake

Along with the regular shamrock shake is the extra special, super-duper Oreo Shamrock Shake. I mean take the two best things in the world and put them together. Highly recommended! I like the contrast between the crunchy chocolaty Oreo cookie, the Oreo icing and then the minty shake. It’s amazing!

What does a shamrock shake taste like?

Ah yes the review, my favourite part!
Some say a shamrock shake tastes like “leprechaun tears, a little luck and a pot of gold.”  I don’t know what that means, but I’ll go with it.

In short, a shamrock shake is amazing!  Because its only around for a couple months a year, it’s something to look forward to, like the spring time during a long cold winter.
The tastes that come from the shake are a mixture of mint and vanilla. The minty freshness helps to smooth out the creamy richness of the vanilla.

If you have ever had a Dairy Queen Blizzard, the shamrock shake is a little more liquidy. It is a milkshake!
I love them. And like Egg Nog, it helps that they are only available for a couple months out of the year. I will enjoy mine now and wait for the next craving come next spring!   Don’t wait, get yours today!

MMMMM COO-KIES!

This article features the chocolate chip kinds. Mcdonalds cookies are described as a classic cookie that’s soft baked.

Nutrional Information

Mcdonalds Cookies are around 170 calories per serving. This serving size contains 8 grams of fat (4 grams of saturated fat), 22 grams of carbs and 2 grams of protein. It also contains 1 gram of fiber, 15 grams of Sugar!, 10 mg of Cholesterol, and 95 milligrams of Sodium, or salt.
Yeah, it isn’t diet food, but cookies really shouldn’t be.

Daily Values

I don’t want to go into this in great detail, but here are some standout daily values (based on an average 2000 calorie diet).
A serving contains 19% of your recommended daily fat intake! It also has about 10% of your recommended iron intake, so that’s acceptable. Notoriously absent is the recommended sugar intake as they don’t publish it, but with 15 grams of sugar per serving, it’s safe to say you shouldn’t eat 10 servings in a row!

Mcdonald’s Cookies Ingredients

Here is a brief ingredient list to check out from the Mcdonalds website: https://www.mcdonalds.com/us/en-us/product/chocolate-chip-cookie.html

“Ingredients: Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (Sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Milkfat, Soy Lecithin, Natural Flavor), Enriched Flour (Bleached Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Margarine (Palm Oil, Water, Soybean Oil, Salt, Whey, Natural Flavor, Mono and Diglycerides, Soy Lecithin, Vitamin A Palmitate, Beta Carotene [Color]), Sugar, Brown Sugar, Egg, Contains 2% or Less: Natural Flavor, Leavening (Baking Soda, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Cornstarch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Salt, Caramel Color.Contains: Egg, Milk, Soy, Wheat.”

Mcdonalds Cookies: Whats the verdict?

I remember the vanilla wafer ones in the shapes of grimace and Ronald Mcdonald when I was a kid. These are a little better, a little more grown up.

These are a decent cookie, enough chocolate chips to get the job done. The high amount of sugar works with the decent amount of salt.

This is a nice treat, and it makes me feel young again. Try them out, as they are usually quite inexpensive to boot.
